Amb. Gift Blessed Ugwu (Dr.) is a young woman who began her journey early in life, demonstrating focus and resilience in her endeavors. She was born on April 7, 1984, in Aba, Abia State, and is the second child among six siblings. Gift hails from Ukpor in the Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

She is married to a successful young man from Umunze in the Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Do not forget the CEO has accomplished these things while being a  dedicated wife to a Legend who ensures she grows asymmetrically and also a committed mother to not just her biological children but children as well. She is a dedicated Christian who loves Jesus and his principles.

Academic Qualifications

Ambassador Gift Blessed Ugwu earned her first degree in Home Economics and graduated at the age of 19.

Coming from a humble background of educators, she found inspiration in her family’s dedication to education, which motivated her to pursue further studies.

She continued to enhance her knowledge by enrolling in the National Open University, where she obtained an upper credit (2.1) in a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Security Studies. Following this, she completed her first master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution.

Ambassador Gift Blessed then gained admission to the University of Kigali in Rwanda to pursue her second master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Governance and Leadership.

Additionally, she holds an Honorary Doctorate in Conflict and Peace Resolution from the British American Open University.

Ambassador Gift Blessed Ugwu has participated in Diplomatic Simulation training with the “Best Diplomats” at the United Nations in New York and has attended numerous national and international conferences focusing on economic development, gender-based violence, juvenile education and behavior, human rights activism, and the promotion and awareness of human rights violations.
